Leaders: Miss Gibson and Mr Campbell (Kickstart)
Sports Leaders play a key role in supporting the school community by delivering structured, engaging playground activities for their peers. Having completed Sports Leader training with Kickstart, they have developed essential personal qualities including independence, resilience and confidence. Sports Leaders actively promote PE for Life, encourage healthy lifestyles and positive competition and ensure all games and activities are inclusive and supportive of every pupil. By setting a positive example and acting as role models, they demonstrate the Mesne Lea Way and help make playtimes active, enjoyable, fair and welcoming for all.
